Located in Myer's Park
This is it! Only 2 miles from city center, this mid-century brick home is located in Charlotte's most affluent neighborhood - Myers Park. Take a stroll or ride one of our bikes to explore the mansions under the canopy of southern oaks over Queens Road - Charlotte's most expensive residential real estate. Walk out the backdoor onto the brick patio and sit in the wooden rocking chairs surrounding the beautiful built-in fireplace. Let your children/pets play in the fully fenced in backyard.

Revered for the rows of stunning dwellings that showcase masterful 1920s Colonial Revival and Tudor Revival craftsmanship, the Myers Park ZIP code carries timeless allure. The historic hood is best known for its canopy of more than 100-year-old oak trees, perfect complements to the mansions and magnificent gardens on the main drag, Queens Road West. Students from Queens University of Charlotte tote books along Selwyn Avenue, bike riders roll down Queens Road’s landscaped loops, and families young and old flock to the neighborhood’s delis, specialty shops, galleries and restaurants.
